This conference is now established as an annual event.   The programme will focus on the prevention and treatment of childhood obesity where you will hear the latest scientific findings, ideas and their practical applications.   There will also be a choice of five breakout sessions to attend which will suit a variety of professionals.   As a follow on to this conference there is a further intensive training day for health professionals.

Health Professionals have a major role to play in the prevention and management of Childhood Obesity.   This workshop has been designed as a follow on course from the Childhood Obesity Conference.   It is hoped participants will register for both events although you can just register for one or the other.

The workshop will offer:

• An opportunity to increase your knowledge on childhood obesity and to enhance your skills, which will be shared by leading practitioners in the field
• Hands on experience with case studies and exercises
• An opportunity for discussion of approaches and to share clinical experiences
• Resource and reference materials
