Recruitment of Practice Nurses
Recruitment of Practice Nurses for Study Exploring Adult Food Portion Size Tools
Practice nurses needed for a one hour interview on dietary advice and food portion sizes.
NHS Health Scotland is currently funding research which aims to help design tools that provide quantitative guidance on food portion sizes, thereby enhancing professional communication around food choices. The study team, based at the Universities of Dundee and Stirling, are looking for practice nurses from across Scotland who would be willing to participate in a telephone or face to face interview lasting up to an hour in January. The interview will explore the acceptability of different routes of communicating portion size information, and the researchers are particularly interested in hearing from people who use the Eating for Health food plate in their practice.
If you would be interested in participating in this study and would like any further information, please contact Angela Craigie at by Monday 7th January with a couple of lines describing the kind of work you do.
